We like the location just across from the Pemberton Market, which has great breakfast and lunch choices. Our room was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The price was excellent! I highly recommend this place for researchers going to Harvard or graduate students on a budget.

The building has victorian style lobby and dinning. It's INN so they serve unlimited coffee. It's close to Davis Square which gives you lot of options from food to bar.

I liked that the room, sheets, and bathroom were clean and the decor was charming. The refrigerator was very useful. The AC worked nicely during the hot weather. There was free coffee, tea, water, and snacks. Location was excellent, right across from a market that sells fresh prepared food, and a short walk away from the T and a bus stop.

Quaint place. Clear instructions were given at the front desk. Coffee & tea with creamer were good. Good recommendation for breakfast across the street.

Cleanliness, location, price, parking

For the price and location, it can't be beat. We stay in the next door building which is a little cheaper, but we still have access to the common area in the Victorian house. It is clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick stay, and includes parking.

Room was very large, and was very quiet too. Great location, affordable price. Building has key fob lock on the outside, and then each room has an individual lock so it is a very safe and secure building. Overall great place to stay.

Nice location with parking. The room was clean and has everything you need. There is a grocery store across the street where you can pick up food. Everyone who worked there was very nice. When we said our room was hot, they immediately had an air conditioner put in the window to solve the problem.

The house and the room were nice, and, for the most part, clean. Thankfully our bathroom was inside our room. I noticed that some rooms had a bathroom that was not adjoining. The location was convenient to transportation and restaurants.

Location was perfect for live music, dinner options and shopping. Our room was simple, and small but great for us and very clean.
